Cycling Christmas Ideas: Vulpine Cycling Fete...

With two months to go until the 'season to be jolly' is back upon us again, I've been rounding up some cycling related Christmas ideas for you all. There are some serious crackers out there, and the first one I give to you...
After the brilliant success of the first one, the Vulpine Cycling Fete comes back on Saturday 1st December with some extra-added festive flare!

The stylish cycling apparel company are returning to the charming Balham Bowls Club in South London. Running from 3pm - 9pm, it's sure to feel like a wonderland & Christmas Night Market with its beautiful shabby old wood-clad walls and vintage furniture... and mulled wine.

The atmosphere and creative-buzz around the last one was amazing, and as Nick Hussey, founder of Vulpine explains, "The concept is, and will always be the same. A fun, dynamic, inclusive way to enjoy all aspects of cycling. There’s no snobbery, just great creativity, atmosphere, booze and British entrepreneurial cycling companies that do what they do to a very high standard indeed."

Balham Bowls Club will be bursting with a wide range of artists, music from the Kill Your Idols Soundsystem, Rollapaluza... (which I might have a go on) AND loads of stalls including some firm faves of VCG who are taking part for the first time... perfect for some cycling related Christmas gifts! Vulpine and all taking part are supporting Friends of Herne Hill Velodrome, fighting to save one of British cycling’s greatest icons, and birthplace of Bradley Wiggins’ career, and Rollapaluza Outreach, encouraging cycling and sport in schools.

It's free to attend, it's fun for all the family and there will be gorgeous bikes and cute dogs there... it's going to be fabulous! If you're travelling by public transport Its a couple of minutes from Balham tube and overground train... or if your coming by bike, it's right next to the CS7 Cycle Superhighway...

For more details on the event, click here to be taken to the Vulpine site... I'll be back with some more Xmas suggestions - but hopefully see you at the Fete!
